Tumblr is a short-form blog where users post text, images, videos, links, quotes and audio.
I tested it out this summer to learn more about who was using Tumblr and determined it was dominated by youngsters and hipsters. Nielsen research confirmed that 57% of users are under age 34; nearly 54% are female.
I agree. Based on the response I received to several of my posts Tumblr is dominated by bored teen girls. Sorry, not my demo.
